SBMSA Cubs

The SBMSA Cubs (pictured) defeated the Red Sox in a best-of-three series to win the 10U American League (AL) championship. It was a well-matched series to wrap up an eventful season in SBMSA’s competitive AL division. The Cubs won the first game by a single run before winning by a larger margin (11-4) in Game 2, securing the post-season championship. It was an outstanding season, from start to finish, including a regular-season record of 7-3. The champion Cubs are (top row, from left) assistant coaches Damon Thames and Clayton Gring, head coaches Clint Cobb and Clint Sandidge; (bottom row, from left) Jackson Cobb, Zach Normand, Nate Sandidge, Henderson Cagle, Aiden Weller, Reid Hiks, Zach Norkus, Lucas Trahan, Paul Thames, and Wade Gring
